Surfix Becomes First Tier III Data Center in Pernambuco, Brazil
Surfix Cloud & Data Center has achieved Tier III Facility certification from the Uptime Institute, becoming the first and only Tier III data center in Pernambuco, Brazil. With a R$ 2.5 million investment, the facility ensures 99.9% availability and focuses on edge computing to enhance application performance. Surfix plans to expand its Tier III model to other Brazilian states, including a new data center in Bahia by the end of the year.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company aims to replicate the Tier III model in other Brazilian states, with a new data center planned for Bahia by year-end.
