Synera Renewable Energy Group announced that the entire 495MW output of its Formosa 4 Offshore Wind Project in Taiwan has been fully subscribed. This milestone enables the project to seek government and local financial institution support for credit and financing, essential for construction and advancing Taiwan's renewable energy goals.

Recent corporate power purchase agreements (CPPAs) were concluded with Taiwan Smart Electricity & Energy and two additional partners, securing full offtake. Formosa 4, located off the coast of Miaoli County, secured capacity in 2022's Phase 3 auction and received its establishment permit in late 2024. Once operational, the wind farm is expected to generate approximately 2 billion kWh of green electricity annually.
