Synergy Consulting Advises Consortium on Ras Al Khaimah Sewage Treatment Plant Project
Synergy Consulting is the financial advisor for a consortium including Etihad Water and Electricity, Taqa Water Solutions, and Saur International for the Rakwa Independent Sewage Treatment Plant in Ras Al Khaimah. The consortium has signed a sewage treatment agreement with the Public Services Department of Ras Al Khaimah for a project delivered under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer framework, aimed at treating 60,000 cu m/day and supporting a population of 300,000.
Synergy Consulting is serving as the financial advisor for a consortium consisting of Etihad Water and Electricity, Taqa Water Solutions, and Saur International for the Rakwa Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) Project in Ras Al Khaimah. The consortium has established a sewage treatment agreement with the Public Services Department Ras Al Khaimah, with the project structured as a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer initiative. The ISTP, the first large-scale wastewater treatment project in the emirate via a public-private partnership, will have a treatment capacity of 60,000 cu m/day, aimed at enhancing wastewater treatment and supporting a population of 300,000.
