Synteq Digital Acquires HMTech Assets to Enhance GPU Repair Services
Synteq Digital has completed the acquisition of HMTech's operating assets, expanding its computer hardware repair capabilities. The deal includes specialized repair facilities and data center sites in Texas, with a total capacity of 30MW. Most of the acquisition was settled through equity, and the assets will support a new GPU Repair and Refurbishment Division. The majority of HMTech's management will join Synteq, including CEO Gerald Wilkie as Vice President of Mining Site Development. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

This acquisition allows Synteq to establish a new GPU Repair and Refurbishment Division, targeting high-performance computing and AI hardware maintenance.
The deal, primarily settled in equity, will result in most of HMTech's management joining Synteq, with CEO Gerald Wilkie taking a leadership role. The transaction is pending customary closing conditions.
