Synteq Digital has acquired HMTech's operating assets to enhance its computer hardware repair services, including specialized repair facilities and two data center sites in Texas with a capacity of up to 30MW. This acquisition allows Synteq to establish a new GPU Repair and Refurbishment Division, targeting high-performance computing and AI hardware maintenance.

The deal, primarily settled in equity, will result in most of HMTech's management joining Synteq, with CEO Gerald Wilkie taking a leadership role. The transaction is pending customary closing conditions.
