TA Realty Sells Two Hyperscale Data Centers in Leesburg, Virginia
TA Realty has sold two hyperscale data center buildings in Leesburg, Virginia, totaling 745,000 sq ft and 165MW IT load capacity. These buildings are part of a planned five-building, 450MW campus developed for a single hyperscale tenant, with full build-out expected by 2027. The sale reflects TA Realty's strategy of developing facilities for hyperscale customers in Tier 1 markets and monetizing assets post-stabilization.

TA Realty has completed the sale of two hyperscale data center buildings in Leesburg, Virginia, totaling 745,000 sq ft and 165MW of IT load capacity. These buildings are the first completed within a planned five-building, 450MW campus intended for a single hyperscale tenant.
The campus was announced in May 2021, with construction starting in 2023 and full completion expected by 2027. TA Realty aims to develop build-to-suit facilities for hyperscale customers in Tier 1 markets and has a broader data center platform totaling over 12 projects representing nearly 3GW of power capacity.
