Tata Steel SEZ and AVAADA GreenH2 Sign MoU to Advance Green Hydrogen Production in Odisha

Tata Steel Special Economic Zone Limited (Tata Steel SEZ) and AVAADA GreenH2 have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Bhubaneswar to enhance the production of Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia at Gopalpur Industrial Park, positioning Odisha as a clean energy hub. This follows a recent MoU with ACME Clean Energy, reinforcing the state's commitment to sustainable growth.

The partnership is supported by Odisha's Industrial Policy Resolution 2022, which has attracted major players in clean energy. Paradeep and Gopalpur are identified as key locations for industry development, with initiatives for hydrogen storage hubs and electrical infrastructure improvements. The MoU signifies a collaborative effort towards a sustainable future and aims to accelerate job creation and technological advancement in Odisha.
