TechForce Robotics and NBR Intelligence Initiate LOI for 5,000 Robotic Systems Deployment
TechForce Robotics has signed a letter of intent with NBR Intelligence to explore the deployment of up to 5,000 robotic systems. This initiative aims to automate 30% of certain workflows in factory settings, addressing labor shortages and enhancing production capacity.

TechForce Robotics, a subsidiary of Nightfood Holdings, Inc., has entered a letter of intent with NBR Intelligence to develop a factory automation program targeting the deployment of up to 5,000 robotic systems. Initial assessments are set to begin within 30 days, focusing on operational and workflow evaluations, with pilot systems expected to be operational within 120 days.
The first phase includes five pilot systems with an estimated cost of $250,000 to $350,000. Following successful pilots, a deployment of 100 systems is planned, scaling to 500 additional systems per month. The program aims to alleviate labor pressures in factories while expanding production capabilities.
