Teen Innovator Develops OffGrid Pro Portable Energy Storage System
Noah Bild has created the OffGrid Pro, a commercial-grade portable energy storage unit, aimed at providing cleaner backup power during outages. This innovation targets increased demand for sustainable energy solutions amidst growing climate challenges.

Noah Bild, a 19-year-old entrepreneur from Palm Harbor, Florida, has developed the OffGrid Pro, a portable energy storage unit designed for emergency power during outages. Utilizing lithium iron phosphate batteries, the system provides reliable backup for appliances, with capabilities to run devices like refrigerators for 2 to 3 days without noise or emissions, positioning it as a cleaner alternative to traditional generators.
The OffGrid Pro is marketed at approximately half the cost of similar systems, such as the Tesla Powerwall, making it an accessible option for households. As extreme weather events increase due to climate change, this technology could significantly impact emergency preparedness and environmental health.
