Tekcapital plc's portfolio company, Vesari Inc., has filed 11 non-provisional patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). These patents focus on technologies related to geothermal-powered AI data centers, covering aspects such as geothermal energy integration, cooling systems, waste heat recovery, and low Earth orbit satellite connectivity.
Established in May 2026, Tekcapital holds a 51% stake in Vesari. The patents include applications for integrated geothermal architecture (USPTO 19/698.570) and real-time carbon-free energy compliance platforms (19/709.859). Vesari is also in preliminary discussions with U.S. investment banks regarding a potential reverse merger or SPAC transaction, though no agreement is assured.
