TelCables Brasil, part of Angola Cables, has appointed Rafael Lozano as CEO. Previously country manager at EllaLink, Lozano aims to leverage his experience to expand investment in infrastructure, connectivity, Data Centers, and value-added services. He envisions TelCables as a connectivity hub in the South Atlantic, linking Africa, Europe, and America.

TelCables Brasil has announced the appointment of Rafael Lozano as its new CEO. Lozano, formerly the country manager at EllaLink, is expected to drive the company’s growth in the telecommunications sector.
While EllaLink and TelCables operate in the submarine cable segment, they are not direct competitors. EllaLink connects Fortaleza to Sines in Portugal, while TelCables offers network services and digital solutions through both proprietary and third-party cables. Lozano aims to explore new investment opportunities in infrastructure, including connectivity, Data Centers, and value-added services such as IP Transit and AntiDDoS.
