Telis Energie to Develop 500MW Data Center in Lower Saxony, Germany
Telis Energie Deutschland is set to construct a 500MW data center campus near Hanover, Germany, projected to cost over €1 billion. This facility will contribute to the region's data infrastructure and create approximately 80 permanent jobs.

Telis Energie Deutschland plans to develop a 500MW data center campus in Lower Saxony, Germany, covering 4.09 million sq ft (380,000 sqm) and comprising six buildings. Construction is scheduled to start in 2028, with a duration of up to two years.
The project is currently in the planning phase, awaiting municipal approval. It will utilize high-voltage lines from a new gas-fired power station and may require an additional substation. The facility aims to employ around 80 permanent staff, including technicians and IT specialists.
An investment of at least €1 billion ($1.14 billion) is anticipated. This initiative reflects the growing demand for data center infrastructure in Germany.
