Telkom Indonesia Plans Major Business Transformations Under CEO Dian Siswarini in 2026
PT Telkom Indonesia, under CEO Dian Siswarini, is poised for significant business transformations in 2026, following its Telkom 30 initiative aimed at enhancing performance and company value. Key actions include spinning off a portion of its Wholesale Fiber Connectivity business to create PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia, which will support a more equitable digital connectivity ecosystem. The company also plans innovations in data centers, cellular services, telecommunications towers, and fiber optics to further optimize infrastructure and improve service quality.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (TLKM), led by CEO Dian Siswarini, is set for a busy 2026, executing various business transformation initiatives. Last year, Telkom launched its Telkom 30 (Telkom 2030) transformation campaign aimed at enhancing performance and increasing company value.
The transformation strategy includes four pillars: personal excellence, streamlining, restructuring holdings from personal to strategic, and unlocking hidden value from assets. A key decision made during the Extraordinary General Meeting was to spin off part of the Wholesale Fiber Connectivity business to form PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia, or InfraNexia.
This initiative aims to support the development of a more equitable digital connectivity ecosystem in Indonesia and is expected to drive growth by optimizing infrastructure assets and enhancing service quality. Additional corporate actions and innovations in data centers, cellular services, telecommunications towers, and fiber optics are also planned for this year.
