Halls Mill Road in Mobile, Alabama, will undergo temporary closures for a water main installation starting February 17. The closure will affect traffic north of Rangeline Road and will last until March 6. The lane will be intermittently closed each day between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. as part of ongoing water utility work.
