The Lake Mariner facility in Barker, New York, will be upgraded to support a maximum energy demand of 750 MW, leveraging advanced cooling and energy supply solutions. TeraWulf is collaborating with Schneider Electric and Motivair to establish multiple AI-compatible data centers within the next twelve months, utilizing Schneider Electric's integrated power infrastructure and Motivair's cooling solutions.
The site benefits from a clean energy mix, with approximately 89% of the power sourced from the regional grid being carbon-free. This project is crucial for addressing the increasing demand for HPC and AI workloads, while also optimizing energy use and operational efficiency.
