Tokyo Gas Engineering Solutions (TGES) and IX Renewables have signed a basic agreement to collaborate on offshore wind power generation projects. The partnership combines IX Renewables' offshore wind expertise with TGES's energy infrastructure engineering and knowledge of Japanese regulations.

The companies aim to jointly secure orders for engineering services and project management. Their collaboration will cover EPCI management, engineering, financial advisory, and operations and maintenance strategy consulting. IX Renewables has offered offshore wind consulting services in the Netherlands since 2006, while TGES has over 50 years of experience in energy infrastructure services in Japan and abroad.
