TGI Group Inc. and AMIRON GROUP have formed a Strategic Alliance to advance Green Digital Transformation in Kazakhstan. The partnership combines TGI's global resources with AMIRON's local expertise, focusing on the TGI POWER EXPERIENCE to modernize the regional energy landscape.

They aim to develop self-sustaining Smart Cities and high-capacity Data Centers in Kazakhstan, addressing the increasing demand for data infrastructure in Central Asia. A Special Purpose Vehicle, TGI AMIRON, will be created to oversee joint research and development initiatives, including 'Smart Energy' grids and digital logistics.
