Thales Launches Expeditionary PathMaster for Enhanced Hybrid Mine Warfare Capabilities
Thales has introduced the Expeditionary PathMaster, a mission capability package that enhances navies' hybrid mine countermeasures (MCM) operations. This system integrates existing tools such as M-Cube, Mi-Map, and e-POC, allowing for scalable, affordable deployment. It can be operational within six months and supports both crewed and uncrewed assets. The system has been tested with the Lithuanian Navy and is designed for interoperability in NATO operations, particularly focusing on securing critical undersea infrastructure.

Thales has launched the Expeditionary PathMaster, a modular mission capability package aimed at enhancing hybrid mine countermeasures (MCM) for navies. The system combines existing tools like M-Cube, Mi-Map, and e-POC, allowing navies to select needed capabilities.
It can be operational within six months and integrates crewed and uncrewed assets. Expeditionary PathMaster has been tested with the Lithuanian Navy and reflects NATO requirements for securing maritime choke points and infrastructure.
It processes sonar data four times faster with 99% classification accuracy. Demonstrations have occurred with several navies, including France and the UK.
