The Cube& Invests in SCL Energy to Enter Renewable Energy Sector
The Cube& has made a strategic investment in SCL Energy, acquiring a stake in the green hydrogen company and marking its entry into the renewable energy sector. The funds will support the expansion of SCL Energy's Hwaseong R&D Center and production facilities, which utilize a technology that significantly reduces energy consumption for hydrogen production. SCL Energy aims to launch commercial-scale green hydrogen facilities within 1-2 years.

The Cube& acquired a stake in green hydrogen company SCL Energy through a strategic investment on the 19th, entering the renewable energy sector. SCL Energy will use the funds to expand its Hwaseong R&D Center and production facilities.
SCL Energy's technology requires only 10 kWh to produce 1 kg of hydrogen, compared to conventional methods that require 50-55 kWh. SCL Energy plans to commence commercial-scale green hydrogen facilities within 1-2 years.
