Thompson Builders Corporation has completed the $18.8 million wastewater treatment facility for St. Helena, CA, featuring a modern membrane bioreactor (MBR) system. This facility replaces the original 1960s-era plant and meets regulatory compliance mandated by the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board in 2016.

The MBR system treats 500,000 gallons of wastewater daily, providing high-quality effluent. Treated water is discharged to the Napa River or reused for irrigation. The project included installation of various systems and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and environmental compliance.
