TIIM Restores Ticket Sales After Technical Disruptions
The Transportes Integrados Intermodais da Madeira (TIIM) has normalized ticket and pass sales, overcoming previous disruptions. A total of 14,355 reloads were completed during the period of technical issues, emphasizing the resilience of the system despite external challenges.

Transportes Integrados Intermodais da Madeira (TIIM) has fully restored normal ticket sales across all channels, including service counters, automatic vending machines, and Payshop agents, following recent disruptions. These issues, which began on May 1, stemmed from external factors affecting the datacenter in Covilhã, related to security policy changes and digital certificate updates.
During this period, 14,355 reloads were successfully processed. Users are advised to utilize service counters or automatic machines for ticket regularization during similar future disruptions. TIIM remains committed to ensuring the continuous operation of its integrated ticketing system through ongoing monitoring and corrective measures.
