TIM Initiates 100% Multicloud Migration with Oracle and Microsoft Partnership
TIM is set to migrate all its data centers in Brazil to a multicloud environment within two years. This move, in collaboration with Oracle and Microsoft, aims to enhance customer service processes, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

TIM has announced a complete migration of its data centers in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro to a multicloud environment, becoming the first operator in Brazil to do so. This initiative, expected to be completed in two years, aims to accelerate digital transformation by enhancing customer service, internal operations, billing, and digital platform management.
The collaboration with Oracle and Microsoft leverages Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Azure to provide a secure and scalable solution. The partnership supports dual cloud operations, ensuring high-speed connectivity and redundancy. Additionally, this migration aligns with TIM's environmental goals, contributing to its objective of carbon neutrality by 2030, as it minimizes emissions associated with physical data storage.
