Tiền Giang Water Supply Company (TIWACO) and Viettel Ho Chi Minh City have signed a memorandum of understanding to initiate a strategic partnership for digital transformation from 2026 to 2030. Viettel will oversee the assessment of current IT infrastructure and operational systems, evaluating readiness for digital conversion.

The plan focuses on strategic pillars, including establishing an operation center, a centralized data center, implementing a multi-channel customer contact center, and enhancing internal management through digitization. The MoU is effective for five years, during which TIWACO will provide data and facilitate implementation according to the agreed roadmap.
