Tincorp Metals Inc. has finalized the acquisition of the Santa Barbara Gold-Copper Project from Silvercorp Metals for US$13.5 million in staged payments and shares. This project is located in Ecuador's Zamora Copper-Gold Belt and is expected to enhance Tincorp's resource portfolio significantly.

Tincorp Metals Inc. (TSXV: TIN) has successfully acquired Santa Barbara Metals Inc., the holding company of the Santa Barbara Gold-Copper Project in Ecuador, completing all necessary approvals by May 5, 2026.
The acquisition entailed an initial cash payment of US$1,500,000 and the issuance of 15,000,000 common shares to Silvercorp Metals Inc. The total consideration includes US$13,500,000 in cash staged over three years and potential share issuances.
Tincorp's subsidiary, Corporación FJTX Exploration S.A., holds most mining concessions, with the remaining requiring approval from Ecuador's Ministry of Environment and Energy. The company has initiated the transfer registration process, minimizing delays for project development.
