Tincorp Metals Closes C$17.5 Million Subscription Receipt Offering for Santa Barbara Project Acquisition
Tincorp Metals Inc. has closed its offering of 43.75 million subscription receipts at C$0.40 each, raising C$17.5 million. This includes a brokered private placement led by Raymond James Ltd. and a non-brokered private placement. The funds will facilitate the acquisition of the Santa Barbara Gold-Copper Project in Ecuador from Silvercorp Metals Inc. and Adventus Mining Corporation, with completion expected after obtaining regulatory approvals.

Tincorp Metals Inc. has completed a C$17.5 million offering of 43.75 million subscription receipts at C$0.40 each, comprising a brokered placement of 28.75 million receipts for C$11.5 million and a non-brokered placement of 15 million receipts for C$6 million. The brokered offering was led by Raymond James Ltd., including a full exercise of a 15% overallotment option.
The funds will support the acquisition of the Santa Barbara Gold-Copper Project in Ecuador from Silvercorp Metals Inc. and Adventus Mining Corporation. An updated technical report is expected by the end of March 2026, with a shareholder meeting planned for May 5, 2026, to secure minority approval for the acquisition.
