Titan Mining Confirms Graphite Processing Efficiency at Kilbourne Project
Titan Mining Corporation has validated its Kilbourne Graphite Project's processing chain, achieving battery-grade purity in graphite production. This advancement is crucial for establishing a fully integrated U.S. graphite supply chain, marking a significant step in critical mineral production.

Titan Mining Corporation has confirmed the successful processing of graphite at its Kilbourne Project, with a 95.9% C(t) graphite concentrate achieved at a 91.4% recovery rate. The project is moving forward with a Feasibility Study that shows a preferred purification process yielding battery-grade material with ≥99.90% Fixed Carbon.
Approximately 66% of the concentrate is converted into spherical graphite, surpassing the average yield of 50%. Engineering efforts for both the concentrator and Secondary Transformation Plant are progressing, while ongoing production at the demonstration plant supports customer qualification and commercial engineering. The project’s success may enhance U.S. graphite supply chain capabilities but remains dependent on continued testing and customer acceptance.
