Tokushima Auction Market to Redevelop General Santos Airport into Global Cargo Hub
Tokushima Auction Market Co., Ltd. is set to redevelop General Santos International Airport into a global air cargo hub, partnering with CAAP and the City of General Santos. The $1.2 billion project will incorporate AI and digital technologies to enhance logistics, including advanced cold-chain infrastructure and a 3,200m runway, and is expected to create around 4,550 jobs. The initiative will be developed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme, featuring an AI data center to optimize airport operations.

Tokushima Auction Market Co., Ltd. plans to redevelop General Santos International Airport in the Philippines into a global air cargo hub in collaboration with CAAP and the City of General Santos.
