Torex Gold Resources Inc. has completed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Medicine Springs project in Nevada, previously optioned from Northern Lights Resources Corp. Northern Lights will hold a 1% Net Smelter Return royalty on the project, which can be reduced to 0.5% for $2.5 million.
