Torino Launches €1.8 Million Circular Economy Initiative for SMEs and Nonprofits
The city of Torino has launched a €1.8 million public call aimed at promoting circular economy projects. Funded under the PN METRO Plus program, the initiative targets small and medium enterprises and third-sector entities to develop innovative circular projects. It focuses on urban circular supply chains, reuse infrastructures, and sustainable design. The public contribution covers up to 80% of eligible expenses, with projects needing to conclude within 10 months. Applications are due by February 27, 2026.

Torino has initiated a public call with a budget of over €1.8 million to support circular economy projects aimed at small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and third-sector organizations. The initiative is part of the PN METRO Plus program, focusing on ecological transition in urban areas.
Eligible projects must address urban circular supply chains, reuse infrastructures, or sustainable design and should conclude within 10 months. The funding covers up to 80% of project costs, with individual projects ranging from €70,000 to €120,000. Applications are accepted until February 27, 2026, and will be supported by Mercato Circolare in project development and monitoring.
