Total Metals Acquires Pick Lake Critical Minerals Property from Frontier Energy Limited
Total Metals Corp. has acquired a 100% interest in the Pick Lake Critical Minerals Property, spanning over 5,260 hectares in Ontario. This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to enhance its portfolio of high-grade mineral assets in Tier 1 jurisdictions, although it is not deemed a fundamental acquisition.

Total Metals Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Pick Lake Critical Minerals Property, which includes 75 claims and a mining lease covering over 5,260 hectares in Ontario. Located within the Winston Lake greenstone belt, the Pick Lake deposit features mineralization primarily consisting of sphalerite and pyrrhotite.
The property has an existing 2% NSR royalty, with the option to buy back 50% for CAD$1 million. The company continues to prioritize its Electrolode Project, having invested approximately CAD$2.4 million to date. This acquisition enhances Total Metals' exploration capabilities, but the Electrolode Project remains the company's primary focus over the next year, reflecting a strategic allocation of resources in a competitive market.
