Toyota Joins Daimler and Volvo as Equal Stakeholder in Cellcentric Fuel Cell Venture

Daimler Truck AG, Volvo Group, and Toyota Motor Corporation have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to form an equal stake in the cellcentric venture, a joint effort aimed at advancing fuel cell technology for heavy-duty vehicles. Each party will contribute its strengths, with Toyota expected to invest in capital increases to facilitate this partnership.
