Tract has acquired 343 acres in Morris, Illinois, to develop the Morris Technology Park, a data center campus with a planned capacity of 1GW. The project will provide 2.9 million square feet and is fully zoned, with initial power expected by mid-2028 and full capacity by 2032.

The site benefits from strong infrastructure, including long-haul fiber connectivity and access to a regional power source. The development is projected to create over 1,000 construction jobs and 350 permanent roles, significantly impacting the local economy. ComEd has secured transmission capacity for the project.
