A tripartite agreement was signed on February 5, 2026, concerning the audit and certification of Chad's National Data Center. The agreement was executed by Adoum Djimet Saboun, Director General of ADETIC; Nadjma Saleh Kebzabo, Deputy Director General of ANSICE; and a co-founder of TECHSO-GROUP.

The current phase involves auditing and certifying the building and its equipment, following the completed construction and installation of necessary equipment. This project is part of Chad's national digital sovereignty initiative and is crucial for the country's development.
