Tårnbyhuse to Renovate 108 Apartments and Build New Homes in Denmark
Tårnbyhuse is set to renovate 108 apartments and construct 36 new rooftop homes in Nordmarkgården, with project completion expected by the end of the decade following resident approval. Additionally, Almenr is developing the Lille Fri community in Herfølge Bjergby, while various other real estate projects are underway across Denmark, including a significant logistics property sale and a proposed data center in Varde.

Tårnbyhuse is initiating a tender for the renovation of 108 apartments and the construction of 36 new rooftop homes in Nordmarkgården, following approval from residents. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the decade.
In Herfølge Bjergby, Almenr is developing the Lille Fri community with 25-30 owner-occupied homes, a community house, and shared outdoor areas. In Skejby near Aarhus, a 13,055 sqm office project is planned, pending tenant acquisition by EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech.
A 10,000 sqm logistics property in Skanderborg was sold for 74 million DKK to Sagax, with Kruse Ejendomme as the seller. In Varde, approval was granted for a 225,000 sqm data center on 174 hectares, with local political review pending.
Dansk Håndværk is working with the Mediationsinstituttet to reduce construction conflicts. In Germany, three Vonovia employees received prison sentences for corruption from 2018-2021.
