Both companies are well-positioned in the data center segment, which is a key focus area. TSG's portfolio includes charging infrastructure, transformers, battery storage solutions, and energy management systems. The acquisition aligns with TSG's strategy to become a leader in the energy transition, aiming for growth in the DACH region and building on its international growth strategy with over 45 acquisitions in 20 countries.
