Turing-Rossum AGI to Develop $71.3M Eco-Friendly AI Data Center in Sedona
Turing-Rossum AGI is set to construct a $71.3 million AI data center in Sedona, Arizona, utilizing reclaimed wastewater for cooling. The facility aims to address environmental concerns while supporting next-generation AI operations, with plans to open by summer 2027.

Turing-Rossum AGI will build a $71.3 million AI data center in Sedona, scheduled for construction this summer and opening in summer 2027. The 50,000-square-foot facility will utilize wastewater from the Sedona Wastewater Treatment Plant for cooling, minimizing the impact on local potable water resources.
Initially designed with 375 server cabinets, it will scale to 1,500 within the first year. The facility aims to serve as a model for sustainable AI infrastructure, potentially influencing future data center designs. The project is expected to create up to 240 construction jobs and generate significant long-term tax revenue for the city.
