On February 5, an electrical incident at Galaxy's Helios Data Center in Afton, Texas led to injuries for two employees from subcontractor Clayco. Following the incident, both individuals were taken to a local medical facility; one is in stable condition while the other has been released as of February 8.

Galaxy has stated that safety is a priority and is collaborating with Clayco and other contractors to investigate the situation. Operations at the data center were temporarily halted as a safety measure.
