Ukrainian Legion Volunteers Sign Contracts with Armed Forces in Lublin, Poland
A group of Ukrainian Legion volunteers signed contracts with Ukraine's Armed Forces in Lublin, Poland, on March 20. Volunteers, aged 18 to 45, will serve as artillery troops and riflemen. The signing process is in two stages, with more expected to sign on March 24. Several dozen volunteers are anticipated to join, including those from Poland and Germany. After medical and psychological evaluations, they will undergo basic training. Women have also enlisted for the first time.

On March 20, a group of Ukrainian Legion volunteers signed contracts with Ukraine's Armed Forces in Lublin, Poland. The volunteers, aged 18 to 45, include those choosing to serve as artillery troops and riflemen.
This eighth group consists of Ukrainian citizens living abroad, and the signing process occurs in two stages, with the second group expected to sign on March 24. Several dozen individuals are anticipated to enlist, with some coming from Norway and others expected from Poland and Germany.
After completing medical and psychological screenings, the volunteers will start basic combined-arms training at a military training ground in Poland. For the first time, women have also joined the Ukrainian Legion.
