Unitywater Expands Partnership with Abergeldie for Water Infrastructure Projects
Unitywater has added Abergeldie to its collaborative delivery partnership, which includes Downer, Dormway, and Elevate. This expansion aims to accelerate water and wastewater infrastructure delivery in South East Queensland, responding to demands from rapid population growth and the upcoming 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Abergeldie will assist with wastewater treatment upgrades beginning this month. Since May 2024, 147 infrastructure projects have been initiated under this partnership model, which focuses on efficient project delivery.

Unitywater has expanded its collaborative delivery partnership by adding Abergeldie, which joins Downer, Dormway, and Elevate. This partnership addresses infrastructure demands in South East Queensland driven by rapid population growth and the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Abergeldie will support wastewater treatment upgrades at Kawana and Coolum starting this month. Since the partnership's inception in May 2024, 147 projects have been initiated, demonstrating the model's flexibility and collaborative culture. Unitywater manages over $4.3 billion in assets, serving more than 900,000 residents, with significant growth expected until 2046.
