University of Stuttgart Inaugurates WAVE-H2 Research Platform for Hydrogen Technologies
The University of Stuttgart has inaugurated the WAVE-H2 Campus in Vaihingen to enhance hydrogen technologies across industry, mobility, and energy systems. Funded by approximately 36 million euros from the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space, the initiative will focus on the entire hydrogen value chain, with a second research site in Freudenstadt expected to launch in summer 2026. Collaborations include the CHEMampere initiative aimed at promoting sustainable chemical production.

The University of Stuttgart inaugurated the WAVE-H2 Campus in Vaihingen to advance hydrogen technologies for industry, mobility, and energy systems.
