UrbanV and JAC Form Strategic Partnership for Advanced Air Mobility in Japan
UrbanV and Japan Airport Consultants (JAC) have entered a strategic partnership to advance Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) infrastructure in Japan and select international markets. This collaboration aims to leverage both companies' expertise in aviation to enhance the planning, design, and commercialization of AAM services, starting with a project in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.

UrbanV and Japan Airport Consultants (JAC) will collaborate to support the planning and development of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) in Japan, focusing on the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. UrbanV will serve as a strategic technical partner in a consortium with Japan Airlines and Archer Aviation.
The agreement fosters joint R&D initiatives, blending UrbanV's international experience with JAC's local expertise. The partnership aims to align AAM initiatives with global standards from EASA, FAA, and ICAO, essential for fostering a safe and sustainable AAM ecosystem in Japan. This collaboration highlights the importance of integrating local regulatory knowledge with international best practices.
