U.S. Air Force to Procure Additional Dronebuster 4 Systems for Counter-Drone Operations
The U.S. Air Force is seeking to purchase more Dronebuster 4 handheld counter-drone systems from DZYNE Technologies. A market survey has been announced through the 20th Contracting Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base, with responses due by March 26, 2026. The Dronebuster 4 is designed to detect and disrupt small drones, featuring advanced PNT attack capabilities and offering over 60 minutes of jamming power. It is approved for operational use within U.S. military structures.

The U.S. Air Force is looking to acquire additional Dronebuster 4 handheld counter-drone systems from DZYNE Technologies, initiating a market survey through the 20th Contracting Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.
Responses are due by March 26, 2026. The Air Force seeks vendors to deliver the systems, which integrate Position Navigation Timing attack capabilities and can jam drone control links and navigation systems.
The Dronebuster 4 measures 21.6 inches by 10.9 inches by 4.5 inches and weighs 5.10 pounds without battery. It offers over 60 minutes of jamming capability and is suitable for both mobile and fixed-site operations.
The system is rated to IP65 standards and is already authorized for use within the U.S. Department of War.
