US GoldMining Inc. Advances Whistler Gold/Copper and Green River Lithium Projects
The Whistler gold/copper project estimates 299.15 million tonnes of indicated resources and a potential NPV of $2.04 billion. Simultaneously, the Green River lithium project targets a pretax NPV of $1.37 billion, with an anticipated lithium carbonate supply by 2029.

The Whistler gold/copper project, 100% owned by US GoldMining Inc., includes total indicated resources of 299.15 million tonnes at 0.565 g/t gold equivalent. The March 2026 preliminary economic assessment (PEA) indicates an after-tax net present value (NPV) of $2.04 billion and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 33%.
The Green River lithium project aims for a base-case after-tax NPV of $896 million and an IRR of 21.7%, targeting battery-grade lithium carbonate production by 2029. Initial capital expenditure for Whistler is estimated at $1.28 billion, while Green River's is projected at $568.47 million. The advancing projects underscore the growing demand for critical minerals and the need for strategic resource development in the United States.
