US1 Critical Minerals Raises $1M for Tanzania Projects with Snow Lake Investment
US1 Critical Minerals has successfully completed a $1 million capital raise, with $0.5 million contributed by Snow Lake Energy, increasing Snow Lake's stake to 13.6%. The funds will be allocated to exploration efforts in Tanzania, where US1 holds significant critical minerals projects.

US1 Critical Minerals Limited has completed a $1 million share placement, issuing 50 million shares at $0.02 each, with Snow Lake Energy contributing $0.5 million. This investment increases Snow Lake's ownership to approximately 13.6% of US1, following a previous investment in late 2025.
Funds will support exploration in Tanzania, where US1 holds the Mkuju, Foxy, and Eland projects. The Mkuju Project contains a resource of 4.6 million pounds of uranium oxide. US1 plans further equity issuance of up to 50 million shares in May 2026, emphasizing its reliance on capital markets for growth in the critical minerals sector. The investment aligns with ongoing governmental support for critical minerals, particularly uranium.
