The financing will consist of senior secured term loans, collateralized by GPUs and their cash flows, targeting operators in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and India.
The joint venture aims to facilitate access to institutional capital, addressing the rapid demand for AI compute driven by sovereign initiatives and cloud expansion.
