Valmet will provide automation systems for Daklo 1 and Daklo 3 hydropower plants, under construction in Quang Ngai Province, Vietnam. The order from Industries Equipment and Solution Company Ltd (IESC) supports the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor's project.

The automation system will manage key hydropower processes, ensuring efficient electricity generation and supporting sustainability by optimizing water management. Daklo 1 and Daklo 3 will have capacities of 12 MW and 22 MW, respectively, and are expected to start commercial operations in spring 2027. This order is part of Valmet's Q4 2025 contracts, with delivery timelines for Daklo 1 at the end of 2026 and Daklo 3 in spring 2027.
