ValueQuest Tristar Raises ₹2000 Crore from Domestic Limited Partners for Private Equity Fund
ValueQuest Investment Advisors has closed its ValueQuest Tristar fund at ₹2000 crore, surpassing its ₹1500 crore target. The fund, fully financed by domestic Limited Partners, aims to support 8-12 Indian companies with investments ranging from ₹150 crore to ₹400 crore. The fund targets firms in manufacturing-driven sectors as India seeks substantial capital for growth. Initial investments include Rangsons Aerospace and Waaree Energy Storage Solutions, with a focus on providing working capital for infrastructure and operations.

ValueQuest Investment Advisors has secured ₹2000 crore for its private equity fund, ValueQuest Tristar, from domestic Limited Partners, exceeding its initial target of ₹1500 crore. The fund, which is 100% rupee-denominated, aims to invest in 8-12 Indian companies requiring institutional private equity funding.
Led by Aniket Dharamshi and Arvind Ananthanarayana, the fund will support firms with strong product-market fit and operational scalability, providing investments between ₹150 crore and ₹400 crore. The fund has already invested in Rangsons Aerospace and Waaree Energy Storage Solutions, aligning with India's shift toward manufacturing-driven growth.
