Vanguard Mining Receives Environmental Licences for Yuty Uranium Project in Paraguay
Vanguard Mining Corp. has obtained its final set of Environmental Licences from Paraguay's MADES for the 90,000-hectare Yuty Prometeo-San Jose Uranium Project. With this, the company is now positioned at an advanced stage of the Paraguayan permitting process and has applied for a Prospection Permit from the VMME. This milestone coincides with Paraguay's participation in a U.S. summit focused on critical minerals, including uranium, highlighting its emerging role in global supply chains.

Vanguard Mining Corp. has received the final four Environmental Licences from Paraguay's Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible for its Yuty Prometeo-San Jose Uranium Project, covering 90,000 hectares. This completes the environmental approvals needed for the project, allowing Vanguard to apply for a Prospection Permit with Paraguay's Vice Ministry of Mining and Energy.
The announcement coincides with Paraguay’s participation in a critical minerals summit with the U.S., emphasizing its strategic importance in global supply chains for uranium and other minerals. Vanguard aims to advance its uranium assets amid rising global demand.
