Vantage Data Centers Secures £254 Million for AI and Cloud Growth in EMEA
Vantage Data Centers has secured £254 million in securitized term notes to bolster its AI and cloud growth in the EMEA region. The financing includes £200 million from existing Class A-2 Notes and £54 million from a new Class B tranche, aimed at refinancing debt linked to Cardiff facilities. This funding follows a £600 million issuance in 2024 and supports the development of a new data center campus recently approved by the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

Vantage Data Centers raised £254 million in securitized term notes to support AI and cloud growth in EMEA. The financing includes £200 million from existing Class A-2 Notes and £54 million from a new Class B tranche, refinancing debt linked to CWL11 and CWL13 facilities in Cardiff.
This follows a £600 million issuance in 2024, the first European ABS for a data center. Vantage plans a new data center campus outside Cardiff, recently approved by the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
