Varta Launches AI-Driven Varta.wall BM2 Residential Battery with Modular LFP Storage
Varta introduces the Varta.wall BM2, a modular residential battery featuring AI-driven energy management via Varta.iq software. This scalable solution ranges from 9 kWh to 18 kWh capacity, with charging power between 4.7 kW and 9.3 kW. The system integrates dynamic electricity tariffs and supports bidirectional charging. Available from April, it is compatible with numerous devices and designed for indoor and outdoor use.

Varta has launched the Varta.wall BM2, a new residential energy storage system that incorporates artificial intelligence to manage household energy consumption. The modular battery offers a capacity ranging from 9 kWh to 18 kWh and a charging power between 4.7 kW and 9.3 kW.
Its core feature is the Varta.iq energy management platform, which detects consumption anomalies and integrates dynamic electricity tariffs. The system is compatible with over 700 devices and allows for bidirectional charging. It is designed for both indoor and covered outdoor installation, with availability expected from April.
