Vaultica has officially started construction on the MIL03 data center in Settimo Milanese, investing €100 million to address the increasing demand for cloud services and AI. The facility is designed for high-performance applications, supporting rack loads of 10 kW on average and up to 40 kW at peak.

The project aligns with ANSI/TIA Tier III and some Tier IV standards for operational continuity and security. Additionally, the development will include an office building and aims for LEED certification to minimize environmental impact. This initiative reinforces the Milan metropolitan area as a key European digital hub, catering to the growing needs of hyperscalers and tech companies.
